You will receive a personalised Insights Discovery® Profile. This session is designed to give you clarity, confidence, and a roadmap for ongoing success.

This offer combines Insights Discovery® with a tailored 360° review to help you understand how your leadership style is experienced by others. You’ll explore your strengths, working style and impact, and use the insights to shape focused actions you can apply straight away.

How it works
You select a small group of colleagues — such as peers, leaders and direct reports — to provide feedback through a short set of behavioural questions. These questions can be tailored to your role and context. All responses are grouped into themes, giving you a clear view of patterns.

We then bring the feedback together with your Insights Discovery® Profile and explore it in a coaching session, helping you identify what’s working well, where you may want to flex, and what to experiment with next.
