I bring deep, hands-on experience of making change land in complex, regulated, global environments. I know what works, what gets skipped under pressure, and what it takes to build genuine capability, not just awareness.


 And while earlier is always better, when readiness can be assessed, risks identified, and the people side designed in from the start, it's never too late to make a difference. 

Transformation succeeds when people are at the centre of the plan. 


A common reason transformation programmes fall short is that the human side of change was underestimated, under-resourced, or left too late. 


My approach is people-centred change design: putting people at the centre of every programme, understanding what they need to change, building capability at the right pace, and reinforcing new behaviours so they stick beyond go-live. This is what turns adoption from a risk into a result, and ensures transformation delivers its promised value.

What I bring:

  As a Systems Learning Manager at bp, I led a global, mandated systems training programme across five trading regions through multiple system implementations and operating model changes. I worked across the full lifecycle: from analysis and stakeholder engagement through design, development, delivery, and evaluation. 

Key accomplishments:

  • Unified four regional training teams into one globally aligned, high-performing team, establishing shared standards across five trading regions 
  • Designed and implemented the ‘No Training, No Access’ strategy, expanding to 17 systems with role-based modules that strengthened compliance and reduced operational risk
  • Transitioned instructor-led programmes to blended and online delivery, enabling scalable global delivery for 2,000+ users
  • Delivered training for 10+ system implementations, developing role-specific content at pace and enabling smoother adoption during major change
  • Applied ADKAR principles and delivered coaching and Insights Discovery® workshops to support leaders and teams through operating model change
  • Recognised with three Brandon Hall Awards for Excellence  

While my background includes large-scale systems training, my consultancy work covers the full scope of organisational change, from capability design and adoption strategy to behavioural change, AI readiness, and programme delivery.
