As the Systems Training Manager for a global energy trading house, I developed and scaled a mandated systems training programme, No Training, No Access (NTNA), linking system access directly to capability, safety, and compliance.


I worked across the full learning life cycle - from analysis and design through to development, delivery, and evaluation.

 Delivery included: project delivery and go-live, business-as-usual, and mandated learning.


I now consult with organisations to share what works, help avoid pitfalls, and apply learning to deliver measurable, lasting results.

  • Unified four regional training teams, creating one globally aligned, collaborative, high-performing team.
  • Transitioned from instructor-led to interactive online delivery, creating a sustainable programme that could scale globally and maximise return on investment (ROI).
  • Expanded the mandated “No Training, No Access” programme to 17 systems, each with multiple role-based modules. 
  • Achieved learning outcomes consistently above internal and external benchmarks, demonstrating clear business value.
  • Recognised with three Brandon Hall Awards for Excellence.
